FAQ’s

  • Can you beat online pricing through vendors like Expedia or Costco? Typically no we can’t, usually they give you pricing for the lowest category room in the hotel/resort, for example; Parking lot, dumpsters, etc… Our lowest category room is a garden view. We also offer personalized service that you will not get with third party suppliers. When you have questions about your itinerary you can talk directly to us, not an automated teller. When you travel you are given an emergency number to call where you will be connected with a live person to help you in real time. Some of those third party suppliers even have disclaimers saying they will not guarantee your room. We do guarantee that once your room is booked, it will be available to you.

  • Do I really need travel insurance? YES! No one wants to think about bad things happening while on a trip, but accidents happen, things come up and sometimes you have to cancel a trip. Travel insurance does more than just cover your booking expenses. Did you know that most medical insurance does not travel with us when we leave the US? Travel insurance offers you compensated medical expenses to a certain dollar amount, emergency evacuation and even repatriation. It also covers some compensation for little annoyances like lost or delayed luggage and missed flights.

  • Why do you charge fees? Being a service based industry, we are here to save you time, stress and energy making your trips what you hoped they would be. We do the research for you spending countless hours making sure everything is seamless. We have spent years gaining our knowledge, expertise and building connections with our partners in location so that you do not have to scroll through hotels checking reviews to be sure they are safe, clean, or reputable, we know they will be.

  • How long does it take to get a proposal? Depending on how extensive your trip is, where you are going and how many rooms you need, we can usually have a proposal to you anywhere from one day to two weeks.

  • Do I have to do a phone consultation? No, a phone consultation makes it easier for us to learn more about you and get a more complete picture of what you are hoping for, but if you are unable to talk on the phone we can usually get started with some simple questions answered over email.
